Want to Beat Stress? SLEEP!!!


Everyone gets stressed at times, especially during mid-terms. This board reminds us all that it is important smile, love, eat healthy, exercise, and if at all possible get a nice power nap in every once in awhile but most importantly get some sleep. Get the right amount if sleep is crucial to not being stressed.
